What is it?
A face scrub is used for cleansing the skin, opening pores, removing dead skin cells and softening and lifting hairs away from the skin in order to prepare for shaving.
What’s so good about it?
Our pre-shave scrub contains guarana as the primary exfoliant. Guarana seeds are similar in size to coffee beans, and contain a dose of caffeine – which stimulates the skin – and as the grains are natural, are more kind to the skin than plastic microbeads.
The active ingredient across our entire grooming collection, prickly pear seed oil, is a wonder ingredient – known not only for its moisturising properties but also its high content of vitamin e, a free radical that not only prevents skin damage but is known to help repair and replenish moisture levels in the skin.
The non-drying formula also contains cocoa butter and shea butter, rich moisturising ingredients that enrich the skin, and leave it in prime condition for shaving.
Did you know?
A little-known fact is the importance of using a scrub when sporting a beard. The skin beneath the beard becomes dry as a result of the beard drawing moisturising oil away from the skin. If ignored, this can result in flakes of skin and dryness. Treat the beard to a daily scrub and follow with moisture to replenish the skin and the beard.
How do you use it?
Dispense one pump onto fingertips, and massage gently into the skin, paying particular attention to the beard area of the skin.
