Fernando

Barbers Fitzrovia – Fernando is our youngest talent and started barbering at the age of 15. Growing up in a small town in Brazil – Minas Gerais, He started training as a barber learning techniques and methods from his Dad. Working in a local family-owned barbershop, he developed an exceptional skill for cutting hair.

His Brazilian roots are evident in his technique, which still follows traditional methods passed down by his dad back home! Working hard in crafting his barbering skills for 4 years, he moved to London to expand his horizons. Leaving everything behind in order to take this big step, Fernando finds his motivation through his loyal customers when they leave feeling confident and happy. Specialising in skin fades and all-around scissor cuts, Fernando also has experience cutting long hair. 

For Fernando, it’s not just about cutting hair, it’s about making his clients feel fantastic inside and out – ‘putting a smile on my client’s faces is what drives me every day to become better and better. 

Fernando is always up for an adventure, whether it’s socialising with friends or exploring new places. He loves Brazilian food and lives music; you can find him at any event where these two things are happening! His favourite Brazilian BBQ restaurant is Preto and highly recommends Fire Club for their amazing live music.  When he’s not out dancing and enjoying London’s nightlife, you can find him chilling at home listening to his favourite music from popular Brazilian artists Teto and Matuê. He also finds time to relax playing Playstation (one of his hidden talents is his bullseye accuracy with gaming!) or paintballing – you wouldn’t want to meet this champion on the field.

His ultimate dream and life goal is to open his own barbershop one day.
