Barbers New York – Jake harboured a great enthusiasm for creating art ever since he was a child and spent most of his life drawing and painting. For this reason, he preferred a job that would bring out his creativity – and needless to say, he ended up in the best possible option! Jake started his career as a barber at the age of 20 in Long Island, where he learned the art of scissor cuts from an old-school soviet barber.
One of his favourite haircuts is faded because, for Jake, nothing looks better than a crispy blend! He really enjoys the process of working on different fades and considers them a super fun task. So, if you are looking for a perfect fade of your choice, you know who is the best person for it.
He also likes all kinds of classic scissor cuts as they look good on anyone! When styled right, classic cuts can make gentlemen look extremely professional, neat, and sharp – enough to make a style statement anywhere. Personally, he also has a liking for haircuts with tapered sides and longer hair on top – slicked back or comb-over.
As a bearded guy himself, Jake likes to work on various beard stylings using scissors or clippers before lining them with a straight razor for a well-defined outline. His great strength is his enthusiasm to learn and improve himself whenever given the opportunity.
When he is not giving awesome haircuts, you will find Jake playing video games with his girlfriend, enjoying a football game of NY Giants, or watching sci-fi films. Jake likes to spend his vacation in tranquil or chilled-out places like the beach, away from the crowds. He is also a foodie who loves to try all kinds of cuisine, especially Thai or Indian food!
