Mark is our award-winning hairdresser turned barber. Winning Men’s Hairdresser of the Year at the RUSH 2019 awards! In front of an audience of 400 people, it was the most memorable and rewarding experience of his life. He believes that he can revolutionise barbering through Pall Mall Barbers by fusing hair colouring, beard colouring and hair treatment to fight hair loss, offering the gentlemen of London a way of looking like a true Londoner Gentleman must look.
The experience and passion that Mark has spent years cultivating are coming to the best use as he takes on a new level with barbering and he is excited to take his career even further with this new opportunity. Mark’s versatile skill set is something that sets him apart from other barbers. Originally from Albania, Mark moved to London in 2015 and has since then been perfecting his craft as a hairdresser while also focusing on fading techniques. His favourite cut is a skin fade. The one thing you can always expect to be perfect every time with Mark – “A really good fade decides if the barber knows what he’s doing or not.”
“The journey of my life was an exciting one. I started out doing haircuts in people’s homes, then worked as a man’s hairdresser for five years until finally becoming an expert on colouring and haircutting long or short hairstyles! Cutting my own hair became a hobby of mine as soon as I started high school. Cutting was just something that came naturally to do and so it continued through my college days too.”
While away from the barbers chair, Mark enjoys spending his time investing in cryptocurrency and visiting London’s iconic museums like The National Gallery. His perfect weekend would be spent back home relaxing in an apartment near the coast of Tirana with views of Albania’s beautiful waters!
