Eligibility
Membership in the Universe Club is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and make purchases at Pall Mall Barbers stores.
Enrollment
Loyalty Program Membership is free and automatically granted upon making a purchase at a Pall Mall Barbers store. Participants must book online under their registered account to earn points.
Earning Points
Points are earned by making eligible purchases at Pall Mall Barbers stores, with 0.1 points earned for every £1.00 spent. Points can only be redeemed for purchases of products at Pall Mall Barbers stores, not for online orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Redemption of Points
Points can be redeemed for rewards as determined by the company. Participants must accumulate at least 15 points and fill out a loyalty form at the check-out desk in order to redeem their accumulated points balance. Points are redeemable for products in Pall Mall Barbers stores only. The rewards available for redemption and the number of points required for redemption may change at any time without notice.
Expiration of Points
Points must be redeemed within 365 days of accrual, after which they will expire.
Monitoring Points
Participants can easily monitor their rewards and special offers through the Pall Mall Barbers app.
Changes to the Loyalty Program
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without notice.
Communication
Pall Mall Barbers uses email to communicate loyalty program information, upgrades, and reminders. Participants must set their communication preferences under their profile and sign up for the mailing list to ensure they receive these communications.
Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for lost or stolen points or any unauthorized use of a participant’s account.
Disputes
Participants agree to resolve any disputes regarding the Loyalty Program through arbitration.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the eligible country.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time by the company.
