What we’re looking for – barbers jobs in New York City

Barbers must be keen to learn and want to develop their skills. We are an international barbering company, and we are constantly expanding and holding events – so a willingness to travel and go the extra mile is appreciated.

For our barbers’ jobs in New York City, we expect our barbers to have a minimum of 4 years of experience on the shop floor, cutting men’s hair. A number of our barbers have come from hairdressing backgrounds initially, having moved into barbering. We expect you to be able to deliver quality haircuts, skin fades, luxury wet shaves, beard trims, and styling in both modern & traditional haircuts.

The most important aspect is that you are willing to develop yourself and work as part of a team. We require our barbers to be enthusiastic, hard-working, and dependable with a passion for barbering.
We provide in-house training – and will train you in how we expect our services to be delivered and carried out. You’ll learn all about the products that we’ve created in-house, and how best to use these to create amazing shaving experiences and styles for our customers.
